We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

Damaged or missing items: within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp,
Incorrect items or other order concerns: within 7 days of delivery,

A short description of the issue,
Clear photos of the product(s), packaging, and shipping label (for damage claims),
Once reviewed, approved claims may qualify for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
